The duration of the appointment varies on the request and complexity of the document. A standard notarization typically takes 10-30 minutes. Due to the complexity of loan signings, we ask that you leave up to 2-3 hours to ensure the signing is fully complete and accurate.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

A 30-minute grace period is provided for every appointment. After 30-minutes, the client will incur a $25.00 late fee for same-day notarization, or $50.00 rescheduling/cancellation fee.

Refunds are provided under the following conditions: If the notary makes a clerical error and the notary is not able to correct the error, a full refund will be provided. This does not include any late or rescheduling fees, printing fees or witness(es) fees. If the service is not rendered due to the notary's inability to provide the service and a rescheduled appointment is not feasible, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests will be processed the same day. We request 3 to 5 business days for it to appear back on the original payment method.
